Hi, I’m Tim… and I was stressed!

In November of 2020, my life took a hard left turn.

I awoke in the middle of the night with an excruciating pain in my stomach. It was unlike any pain I’ve ever felt before. After narrowly avoiding a trip to the emergency room, both doctors and therapists drew the same conclusion: I was stressed!

And no wonder: my YouTube business’ growth was doubling year over year for 7 years! I was making more money than I ever thought I would. Plus, my wife and I somehow managed to have seven kids in eight years. I was homeschooling them while also trying to maintain a healthy marriage. In the end, it was simply just too much. My body broke.

Today, after years of experiencing the life change that comes from coaching, I’m now in a much healthier place than ever before and love seeing that life transformation happen in the lives and businesses of other creators.

On September 1, 2022, I sold my YouTube growth agency, Video Creators, to vidIQ, giving me and my team the opportunity to coach millions of creators on YouTube and spread even more messages that change lives.

On the side, I personally coach a small number of hand-selected creators, helping them turn their YouTube success into business success.

We do that by creating and implementing systems that can become hands-off while still predictably generating results.

Who is Tim Schmoyer?

After starting a popular YouTube channel in 2006, Tim become the first person to educate marketers and creators on how to successfully grow YouTube channels.

Later, in 2013, Tim started a YouTube growth agency, Video Creators, and did YouTube strategy for Disney, Warner Brothers, eBay, Budweiser, HBO, and more. His team earned over 20 billion views and 100 million subscribers for thousands of clients.

In 2022 vidIQ acquired Video Creators and today Tim is their Chief Creator Coach where he’s building a YouTube coaching program to work with millions of creators.

He lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area. He homeschools his seven kids and together his family spends their free time developing a little homestead farm on their property.
